Terms and Conditions

1. Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all orders placed on the L'Héritage des Reines website by any consumer.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

3. Products

The jewelry offered is described with the utmost care.

Photos, colours and textures may vary slightly depending on the screen and brightness.

The jewelry is made from the materials listed on each product page.

(e.g., stainless steel, gold-plated brass, rhinestones, etc.).

L'Héritage des Reines cannot be held responsible for misinterpretations due to visuals.

4. Price

Prices are displayed in euros (€).

Being a micro-enterprise:

VAT not applicable – article 293B of the CGI.

Delivery costs are shown before payment confirmation.

5. Order

To place an order, the customer must:

  • select products
  • validate your shopping cart
  • provide your contact details
  • accept the terms and conditions
  • proceed to payment

The order is confirmed only after payment has been received.

L'Héritage des Reines reserves the right to cancel an order in case of payment problems or incomplete address.

6. Payment

The accepted payment methods are:

  • Bank card
  • PayPal (if enabled)

Payment is secured via the platform used.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days.

Possible delivery methods:

  • Mondial Relay

Delivery times depend on the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

L'Héritage des Reines is not responsible for delays, losses or damages caused by the carrier.

8. Cancellation & Returns

According to the Consumer Code, the customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days after receiving the product.

Legal exceptions:

→ Personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The refund is issued after receipt and verification of the item.

9. Defective Products

If the product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact L'Héritage des Reines within 48 hours, with a photo of the problem.

An exchange or a refund will be offered depending on the situation.

10. Responsibility

The Queens' Heritage is not responsible:

  • natural wear and tear of the jewelry
  • from misuse (water, perfume, impact, twisting, etc.)
  • Allergies (materials are indicated on each product sheet)

11. Personal data (GDPR)

The data collected (name, address, email) is used solely for:

  • order processing
  • to the sending of the Royal Gazette (if voluntary registration)

The customer can request the modification or deletion of their data at any time:

12. Intellectual Property

All texts, photos, sketches, gazettes, logos and designs are the property of L'Héritage des Reines.

Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal proceedings.
